I/O Error

Hi i'm having a problem recently while playing apex legends, somehow the sounds stop playing and the game will freeze together with windows. This happens a lot and then i tried to reformat to the latest version of windows which gives me no luck. Tried using Build 1904 and i got this error messages which point me to a I/O Error. I got samsung evo 970 and have it checked via Samsung magic and it says its in good health. Tried doing mem diagnostic and got no problem. 

 

Specs: i7-9700k

Gpu: Gigabyte 2070 Super

RAM: 16gb

Mobo: Aorus z390I pro wifi

Storage: 500gb samsung evo 970

 

Attached files is the said error i got whilst opening the game and getting into the game lobby before crashing the whole pc.
