yes i made sure and re-installed latest bios

Alright, clear your CMOS via the battery or button ( you probably have a button) and run it with the default settings.

If you have thermal paste (or the paste under CPU is still new) Maybe try taking out CPU and putting back in.

 

^{(If the thermal paste still looks wet and is easily manipulated you can re-use it w!th no problem!)}
