Intel graphics control panel dont show third display

Hi !
Sorry for my english,  this is one windows/intel problems not hardware problem.

I'm using one laptop "ASUS U36SD" running windows 10 with intel hd graphics 300, the laptop have one HDMI port and one VGA port (all the updates, no problems, everthing legal, etc, etc) .

Last year i use a 3 monitor setup on this computer, laptop display + VGA display + HDMI display, all working without any problem in extended mode, so the hardware is not a problem.

This year, i did not change nothing (just install the normal windows updates), the same laptop, the same 2 extra monitors but i just can get 2 working at the same time, 2 external monitors at the same time OR laptop screem + 1 external monitor at the same time.

The 3 monitors still show up on the Intel software and on Windows Settings, all working but can't display for the 3 at the same time.

What is the problem ? Some Intel update disable this ? Can't really find the solution for this simple stuff just find that is not possible to work... but it work really good without any problems all this winters.
