Hi,

As the new generation of consoles is coming, I want to move on PC and am currently looking for an AMD build, as it's cheaper than Intel & nVidia. I made a build, but I'd like to get some opinions about it. Also, i won't take the new generation components (Ryzen 5000 & RX 6000) as it's really difficult to get those at reasonable prices.

Budget (including currency): ~ €1800

Country: France, but I'm buying on Amazon deutschland.

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: A variety of games (Apex Legends, Cyberpunk 2077, Mass Effect, The Witcher...) and some web development (Wamp, Visual Code, Photoshop...)

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I'd like to be able to play on a 1440p 144Hz monitor on pretty much every game. It doesn't have to be on ultra settings, so it doesn't matter if I have to put some details on middle or low if it allows to get more FPS. I currently have this build prepared, but I'd like to get some opinions about it as I'm not sure about some components.

The questions I have are:

- The most important thing with the case to me is the airflow. Is the Meshify C good enough, or can I have better for around the same price? I don't really care about how it looks, I'll take the one that has the best airflow.

- Do I need to buy extra fans, with this case or another one, or is there some given with the case?

- About the PSU, it looks pretty extensive, should I take an other one cheaper, maybe +80 Gold, or with less than 750W?

- For the storage, I'll use the 500GB SSD for my operating system, few softwares (Photoshop, Wamp, Visual Code, Discord, Spotify, Netflix, that kind of things) and games (the ones that I play the most, like Apex Legends). The 1TB SSD will be used for my documents and all other games. Is it better to take those two, or should I go for only one M2 SSD but with 1TB of space?

As I said, I'd like to stay with AMD. I chose this MB because I read often it's one of the best B550 and it should be more "futureproof" than the B450. The monitor, keyboard and mouse won't likely change, unless I find a better one for the same price (the monitor is not available on Amazon until december 22th).

Thanks for your help, and I'm sorry if my english is broken.
