USB issue

So I recently moved house, forcing me to get a mobile internet dongle. Honestly I never thought I would ever go through this route in my life as I swore against it, but it actually works very very well. Anyways, ever since I have used it (USB on the front pannel) I am having some weird disconnects with my other usb devices. Mostly with my mic, I have a blue yeti, great mic, but ofc USB. The bizzare issue is, after opening a program or doing almost anyhting which makes my PC use more power, it does a micro disconnect and reconnect. As minor as it is, if im using Discord, for some reason Discord then unselects it as input sound choice... This happens every 2-3 mins or so.

I have tried a fresh install of USB drivers, audio drivers and discord. started in admin mode, changed USB power disability in the power plan settings..
