GPU and CPU not displaying anything.

Hi, my Radeon Sapphire Pulse RX570 8GB has recently stopped working for some reason. I unplugged it, plugged back in, checked the cables, but after I turn on the pc, the gpu fans spin for like 20 seconds then stop, no display at all. I tried to check the motherboard hdmi port, and it worked. I decided to turn on minecraft and check if the gpu is maybe still working, but then the cpu reached 100% on the task manager and the computer shut itself down. From that moment I have no display at all. I remember that the gpu wasn't in device manager either. I am afraid that both of the components just fried themselves. I can't even access the bios by this point, I don't know what to do.
