i have a pc from HP its model is HP pavilion 580-101nv i have it for 3 years and the only thing i changed in it is the psu with a cooler master mwe 500 white v2.I already thinked that it will help my gpu making it cooler but i did not see any difference at temps my gpu reaches 82c max for now and in summer reaches 85c max.I tryed to clean the fan and replace the thermal paste but i dint see any difference too and im not sure if i placed the thermal paste right.btw when i oppened the gpu to change thermal paste i saw some stickers that im not sure what are those but they was came off on the upside of the cooler and not on vram or whatever it is needed for those stickers.I dont think too that my case has bad airflow my cpu is at very good temps without replaced any thermal paste on those 3 years its temp 26c when im browsing or watching videos on youtube with overclocked at 3.4ghz and when gaming it max at 36c.The gpu fan is running at 2500PRM when gaming but only when i play rocker league the fan helps the temperature to drop from 80c to 65,on other games call of duty, ark survival evolved, fortnite it doesnt help.I rember at summer that it was 36c inside of my room the gpu reached 3700PRM when i was playing ark and the temperatures was 83c.

Do you have any software installed to adjust the GPUs fan curve?  It probably needs adjusting as many GPUs by default wont go above 60% fan speed in order to avoid noise, but if the images I found on Google are the same as your case it doesn't look to have great airflow at all.

You can't judge airflow based on how hot the CPU is getting, as the CPU is unlikely to be pulling as many watts as the GPU so will be easier to cool.

ASUS B650E-F GAMING WIFI + R7 7800X3D + 2x Corsair Vengeance 32GB DDR5-6000 CL30-36-36-76  + ASUS RTX 4090 TUF Gaming OC

Router:  Intel N100 (pfSense) Backup: GL.iNet GL-X3000/ Spitz AX Switches: Netgear MS510TXUP, MS510TXPP, GS110EMX
WiFi6: Zyxel NWA210AX (1.7Gbit peak at 160Mhz) WiFi5: Ubiquiti NanoHD OpenWRT (~500Mbit at 80Mhz)
ISPs: Zen Full Fibre 900 (~930Mbit down, 115Mbit up) + Three 5G (~1200Mbit down, 115Mbit up, variable)

The only software i use is the amd radeon software and setted the tuning profile to deafault i have too msi afterburner but i dont use it.I dont know about the airflow my previous psu was only with a fan on back likeky it was only for cooling itself and not the case my new psu there is a fan which is faced with my gpu but there is no difference at temps.
