Hello im about to do my first custom watercooled im going full ek (https://gyazo.com/b781954f10ecc42cfe87e5378ec05236).

Im thinking of building Cpu only loop first then in the future adding a gpu block (After upgrading GPU).

But would i have to buy a second radiator when im adding the gpu to the loop and would i also have to upgrade the pump?

Im thinking of buying a 3080.

for now im going with a 420 rad for cpu.

Depends largely on your target tempearture and noise level, but a single 420 radiator will most probably "be fine". The D5 will be completely fine for that too, so no need for a second pump.

Well i am still going to be running a oc on my cpu. And im going for low noise levels

Then more the better (with diminishing returns, of course). I would recommend you when you incoorporate your GPU into the loop, just see if you are happy with the temps and noise of a single 420, and then if you are not, then plumb in another 420.
