Remote Desktop Services Licensing

Anyone here ever have experience with Remote Desktop Services?

 

I have played around with it a few times but it was always in a test environment in demo mode never in production. Thus I never have experience in licensing it.  I have a non profit that would like to deploy it and I just want to double check I am understanding the licensing correctly.

For Remote Desktop Services Licensing I need

 

Windows Server license

The normal Device/User CALs (this also includes the Remote desktop users)

Remote Desktop Services Device/Users CALs

 

That is it correct? Is there isn't like a main license I need for Remote Desktop Services on top of the RDS CALs?
