Budget (including currency): ~75k CZK (around 3.5k USD)

Country: Czech Republic

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: I would like to play such games as Cyberpunk77 or heavily modded Skyrim. I also code for living, so I sometimes do CPU heavy tasks.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

I do not own a PC, so I'm not upgrading from anything, but I have a mouse (Corsair Ironclaw Wireless) and a keyboard (Logitech G613).

I also have LG 43UD79-B-4k monitor. It can do 4k@60hz, but the goal is to play (at-least) on Full HD with ~90 fps, as I can't really see a difference.

I do not feel confident messing around in UEFI, nor overclocking anything.

I am not an RGB fan, I prefer modest, black chassis, with no glass.

I would like to buy the RTX3080 and one of the new AMD processors (I'm not sure which one) when they become available.

Is it good idea to buy rest of the setup, or should I wait for the GPU and CPU?

Please help me with the build, as I'm really clueless with this stuff.
Thanks

RTX 3070 has better availability and will be a good match for 4K 60Hz or 1080p 144Hz.

I would also go for a Ryzen 7 5800X for the full 8 core experience.

So I can just swap the Intel processor for the AMD one and the build would work?

Also, I don't mind paying (and waiting 😁) a bit extra for the RTX 3080, to be sure that the 8k river pebbles Skyrim mod will run smoothly.

No you jave to buy an AMD chipset motherboard. I recommend the B550 chipset. MSI do some good one.
