Don't have time for a full parts list right now but I would go with a 750k/760k for the cpu and get a 750/750ti for the gpu.

Put in the HDD @Flyguygamer suggested with better RAM and a lil bit cheaper PSU, and everything else is the same as @SAV1OUR 's suggestion.
