Will GT 440 be good for PhysX only? Or it's also be weak for physX?

Judging by your current specs, you have no need for the GT440 as your GTX 560 is much more powerful and having a second PhysX card would produce no performance increase what soever.

Dedicated Physx cards are a thing of the past. Any recently modern Nvidia card won't gain any performance benefits from a Physx card and in some cases, it will even slow it down.

You're wrong. I made some tests on physx with dedicated & without it & it gave me like 10fps difference

Linus also did tests. Only helped if the card was VERY close in performance.

That is the only instance I have ever seen with a 400 Series or higher set of cards where the addition of a Physx card helped performance noticeably.
