make the top and rear fans for intake. front fans for exhaust. that might help but stil nto great airflowe.

yes because gtx 1660 super does not heat that much. that is also above average gpu temp for that gpu.

I Use my knowledge as business owner and self taught technician aswell as an AI to help people. AI might be controversial but it actually works pretty well 90% of the time.

you can not. the case does not support it.

i have 3 fans on my gpu. And the rear and top are intake and the front is exhaust

I think what he's trying to say is your fans aren't optimised, so you want the front as intake and the top and rear as exhaust.

 

On the subject of coolers, something like the Noctua NH-D15 would be good, very good cooler if you don't mind its size and well within your $120 budget.
