i know a b450m ds3h does (it comes with a sticker directly on the box stating that its ryzen 3000 ready), so i dont see why a b450f would be any different.

 

asides that b450 board is a lot more higher quality than a b450m ds3h, so it "should", but no guarantees

That board isn't very good (B450-F Gaming). 

 

The MSI B450 Tomahawk MAX is better/cheaper, and will definitely support Ryzen 5000 once the bios gets released (Prob Jan).
