 trying to install origins for my girlfriend so she can play sims 4 and i keep getting the same error and ive spent the past 2 hours trouble shooting it. Is there any way to fix this? Or should i just format the hard drive on my pc reinstall windows and start all over for her from scratch?

Is that on Steam?

I've had problems with the game itself on steam having to edit game code.
