Need help with a project

My work was throwing out old Technologic Systems ts-7390 computers running Debian. I managed to get hold of one however it is very limited with Debian. I would like to be able to boot Windows CE from an SD card on it. It says in the manual that the computer is capable of Windows CE. I have downloaded Windows CE 6.0 as an ISO image but I need help of what to do next.
