GPU usage drops

Out of the sudden I started getting extreme FPS drops and I was wondering whats wrong,I found out that my GPU usage drops from 80-90% to about 10-30% every few minutes.I didn't have this issue before during my 1yr old "career" with my current laptop.At first the drops were only visible in Apex Legends,but now neither of the games I own runs the way it did before

My specs are:

GPU:NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1060 GDDRS 6gb(192 bit)

CPU:Intel core I7 8750H 2.20 ghz

OS:Windows 10 

RAM:16 gb 

As far as I know its not a bottleneck issue.

I would be grateful for every type of help,gaming has been a struggle lately.

What are the temperatures of gpu and cpu during those drops?

Both are about 80 celsius Degrees

Is your GPU or the GPU memory overclocked?
