Overclocking with a CX450

Hey everyone!

 

I recently bought an XFX RX570 8GB graphics card with one 8-pin pcie connector, and a lot of people have told me that I could increase the card's performance by manually overclocking it. (I'm new to overclocking)

 

However, I'd like to ask if that's possible and safe with my Corsair CX450 450W PSU?

 

My motherboard is Gigabyte b365m d3h.
