Unreal Engine 4 Github repository access issues

So last night after reading the Arch Wiki article on getting UE4 up and running I decided to make an account with Epic and link my Github to it. I never received an email invite to view the repo, so the URL 404s for me. I tried the "contact us" link on the Epic/Unreal page (they both led me back to the same place) and was basically told it was the wrong place to ask and fobbed off with this:
