M.2 is just a connector/form factor. It's like asking if there's any difference between SATA drives.

 

There's big differences between different M.2 drives as you can have SATA M.2 or NVMe M.2, DRAM-less SATA and DRAM-less NVMe, as well as the quality and speed of the NAND and controller in general.

In that specific case, its its more or less a "if you have to ask, no". Yes, there are differences but for general consumer use, you're not going to notice a difference.
