Coolmaster Devastator 3 mouse

My mouse is plugged in and has a light on but it doesn’t seem to function

Is it maybe looking for a special driver?  Some mice won’t use the generic driver.

It’s just the fact I’ve been using it for 3 years and never had a problem

Ah so stopped working.  Ok.

when you say “not functioning”, how do you mean exactly? Like a button doesn’t work or the whole thing doesn’t work?  
Have you tried a different mouse?
Have you tried that mouse in a different computer?

By not functioning I mean that it turns on when plugged in but doesn’t connect to the computer as well the rgb is stuck on a weird colour

 

i have not tried either of those yet

Ok so other mice do work but I’ve gone into device management and can’t fine the gaming mouse that is normally their
