after fully reinstalling my computer and installing my new graphic card drivers my screen is blurry. 
tried to reinstall the drivers
tried to downloaded a version before

nothing helpes

perhaps maybe a hardware issue?
GTX 1060 6GB GEFORCE NVIDIA

is the resolution set to the native resolution? and if you use analog connectors are they in properly

it's showing as my recommanded resolution  1280x720 and I cant change my scale.
when I set it to native resolution it just looks small and blurry. about the connectors they are properly connected.
