BIG new personal project for 2021

Budget (including currency): $1800-$2200

Country: U.S.A.

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Overwatch, lot of random multiplayer games off of steam, learning some coding, video editing, 3d modeling

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

So, I had the intention to build a new PC for myself in 2021, in the Phanteks P500A DRGB. Then, when it arrived early off of backorder, I found out that it can fit not just an ATX system, but also an ITX system mounted inside the top.

So now instead of leaving a spare PC around for my LAN parties, I'm going to just have a (albeit not exceptionally powerful) spare pc inside my main one!

I'm really hoping to find some advice for thermal management and overall tips on a dual-PC setup.

The rough goal for each system:

ITX system (*based mostly off of hardware I already have)

CPU: Ryzen 5 3600*

Motherboard: Aiming for B550, with 1 or more m.2 slots

RAM: 16gb 3600Mhz CL16*

GPU: RX570 8gb*

Boot Drive: 1tb NVME storage*

Bulk Storage: 4tb+ HDD space

ATX system

CPU: Ryzen 7 5800

Motherboard: Aiming for B550, with 1 or more m.2 slots

RAM: 32GB 3600Mhz CL16

GPU: Asus TUF RTX 3080 or something from AMD's line

Boot Drive: 1tb NVME storage

Fast Storage: 2tb of SSD storage

Bulk Storage: 4tb+ HDD space*
