my friends had a bad pc and dosnt really have the money to buy a new one is game streaming services good enough to use now days ? and you have any recommendations ?

hes not talking about streaming on twitch etc.. hes more talking about streaming services like Stadia etc..

And so am I. If the machine doesn't have hardware video decoding that can keep up it's not gonna run.

Doesn't sound good, but he can always have a go at the free trial on some of them.

yeah exactly but you know any good once ? 
only one i know is nvidias. is that one still in beta ?
