So what I have is 2 fans that are connected via sata cables and I wanna be able to amp up the speed just a tad does anybody know of a 3-4pin TKG 2510 too sata cable adapter?

I doubt that would work. It's highly likely that the fans are only using the power and ground wires on the sata and don't even have the sense wire for pwm. But I could be wrong...
