Gigabyte 2070 super problems?

Hi guys. I’ve got the above mentioned card and I only play Warzone at the moment but just the last few days the card struggles to give me frames? It drops to 35-40fps then spikes but drops again. Temperature doesn’t go above 59c is there anything I should be checking? It’s only 4 months old
