Memory die type

First time trying to tune my memory for my ryzen cpu and I'm trying to figure out what memory type it is. I'm using a Corsair Vengeance LPX 16gb 3600mhz (8 Gb E-die (Z11B / 19 nm) / 1 die ), with a ryzen 7 3800x. Is the memory Samsung, Micron, etc?

Try Thaiphoon Burner

Only way by software to find out  what die afaik

It's probably Micron E-die though.
