gpu causing GREEN screen?

it may happen when i accidentally touched the hdmi cable, or turning OFF a household fan in same circuit

for some instances the pc is asleep and turning back on with green screen

 

pc spec, i5 2500 , 2x4gb ram , rx570 nitro, latest driver, 650w fps gold psu, samsung 4k tv @ 4k

 

is green screen exclusive to amd gpu?

how could i test gpu throughly? (i find that gpu doesnt handle any stable oc...)
