is this safe

so im a noob at overclocking a cpu so i set my mobo to performance mode which sets the cpu to 4.3 by the way it is a 8350 and then i enabled turbo mode which means it turbos up to 4.5 it seem stable i rendered a video which pins it at 95% cpu usage and then watched a 4k video on youtube and playing a game so it was pined at 100% it was like that for about 45min and it was all good no freezing and no bluescreen so it seems good

If it doesn't crash its fine. But it is also probably putting way more voltage than needed.

The AMD temp sensors are hit and miss. Those temps I can guarantee aren't accurate if you're actually stressing your CPU.

The temp sensors them selves such though, not so much software readings.

Everywhere, the temp sensor is broken. Try running Prime 95, if you still get 55c then it's broken.
