Drives keep formatting

So this is the third time this has happened, where all drives but my boot drive and my external drive just disappear, 1 SSD and 2 other HDDs. If I go into disk management they are still there but  now are unallocated. I have tried updating my motherboard's bios, checked the connections on those drives, updated drivers for those hard drives and that still hasn't worked. I haven't tried reinstalling windows yet, don't really want to, but I will if I have to. I did notice that this happened after windows went through an update so as of now that's what I'm thinking the problem is.

If possible, roll back your system to the last known good config, and see what happens?
