88 degrees with stock vs 64 with 212 evo. Not outdoing it by much??? I disagree. I have the 212 black which is basically a V2 of the cooler and it's working nicely. My 2600x with an oc at full cinebench r20 load it will get around 72 degrees. And the thermal paste is already pretty old. Its decent 100%.

88 to 64?  24 degrees?  Sorry, not buying that.  I have had the 212 Evo previously and while it's good it's not that good.
