my C49HG9x needs to warm up

Hello everyone ,

For a couple of days every time I start my PC . my monitor gets these strange lines on my screen. And after a while I can see more screen. I have read that some LCD screens need to warm up. But I don’t think its is normal.

 is this repairable?
