In my pc I have a 2080 super, the issue is, because of it's large size, it blocked two of my PCI-E ports? Any one know of a way I can reconfigure this to where I have more space? I have a msi b450 tommahawk max. The ports with the blue rectangles around them are the avaliable ones. I have my gpu installed in #8. The two small ones below #8 are the ones blocked.

You can use a riser cable,just make sure that there is plenty of space between the card and the GPU - It's required for the cooler of the GPU to work properly.

That's one of the reasons i went with the B450 Gaming X,I have a PCI-E x1 slot above the GPU:
