its 4000 aud remember and 6 cores is more than enough for gaming lol its clock speeds that count

It might be enough now, but in a few years ? Even the next gen consoles are going 8 core albeit slower versions.

You could easily swap the board out for something cheaper i.e Gigabyte Z490 Aorus Elite and add a 10700K for around the same price.

As I mentioned though, it is worth waiting to see how Ryzen 5000 performs.

I am waiting but most likely they will be boring to overclock and not the best for gaming

According to AMD in house benchmarks, the 5000 series will beat their respective 10th gen intel CPU in gaming.

and 11th gen? with overclocking???

If you're willing to wait until March of next year for 11th gen, then wait for 11th gen. Although from current leaks/rumors it seems that 11th gen will still be 14nm and top CPU will only be 8c/16t, this does not bode well for lower end Rocket Lake. Intel 10th gen is pretty much squeezed close to max frequencies, so you won't get that good overclocks out of it unless you have an enormous amount of cooling.

Just wait for independent benchmarks of 5000 series AMD, and make your purchasing decision from there.
