I keep getting crashes in games that I know my hardware should be able to easily run, and I cant pinpoint the issue exactly, I have been getting high memory usage and I am not sure if I should be, as well as GPU spikes to 100 percent usage, then crashing. I have also been getting memory related crashes in apps and games as well, and I am not sure if its a compatibility issue or not. Can anyone help.

Only one of the pics (memory graph) resolves for me, which shows pretty standard memory use for gaming, so all I can give you is boiler plate:

most common cause of machines crashing after boot is problems with faulty memory, though modern Cpu boosting systems (don’t know if your chip qualifies for that or not) work PSUs pretty hard and therefore PSUs can be a problem too.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.
