Computer will not run

So I turn on my PC and it was running slow so I reset it with a new install of windows. But after I was done games like league of legends was still running slow. So I open my computer to take a look at a the wires to see is everything is good also. Now when I turn on my computer all the lights come on but nothing comes up on the monitor

Can't read because can't see  BIOS most likely.

 

 

 

If clear cmos won't help (?) then likely some component has found its end. So you either troubleshoot yourself or let some computer fixer firm do it.
