So I never used a mechanical keyboard.

I recently baught a combo of a keybaord, mouse and headset that doesnt have a name. The combo include the ares M1 and the zeus E1 gaming mouse and a headset that I dont care about. (my sister kinda took my mouse and I just gave it to her because im a good brither aperently and I have my own headphones so IDk what is going on with the headset)

And I want to talk for a sec about the M1 keyboard (which I am typing on RN)

Let me start with some negative stuff:

Its RGB but not backlight, which means that there are RGB strips between the keys but they dont shine through the keys and the RGB have only one mode which is static colors in the pattern they show in thier website.

Its feels like a cheap keyboard (because it is), its very light, made 100% from plastic, the its not a very high quality plastic either.

there is a lot of light bleed from the led intecators for the locks.

now for the good stuff:

key stabilazation is Surprisingly good.

with the litle feet in the back open its really comfterble.

now for the interesting part. Like I said i never used a mechanical keyboard so IDK how those switches feel, but Im pretty sure that they cant be that far off from what thise membrane keybaird ha to offer, the key are light and easy to press, have thier actuation point beofre they button out (yes they do), they dont get mushi twords the buttom like most membrane keyboards tend to do and when I play games with it I feel like Im usiong a gaming keyboard, so ill admit that you probably be able to fell the differnce very easly, I think that this keyboard ahs a lot to offer as a cheaper replacment to mechanical (linur) keyboards without taking a big hit in the switch feel and quality.

This is my favorate keyboard that I used by far and after a long time I didnt, I can and do enjoy typing again.

And the whole combo was very cheap (like 70$)
