For CPU fan the stock cooler should be fine. The sweet spot for zen 2 ram is 3600 mhz cl16. A B550 motherboard like this one: https://www.newegg.com/msi-b550-a-pro/p/N82E16813144330?Description=b550 a pro&cm_re=b550_a pro-_-13-144-330-_-Product should work great with your system.
