I'm in the market for a gaming pc. I would try and build a PC but I don't really know how to. Can someone tell me if NZXT prebuilds are worth it or not?

Dude, pc building is so simple. Plus, you save money, learn a bunch of stuff, and have a sense of achievement. It's not difficult.
