Depends more on your fans but the Air 540 basically has the best.

The Air 540 is probably the best, but the C70 also has really good airflow as well.

I have cm scout 2. Its good I really like the case. Its mid tower but is on the large side for midtower. It has good airflow and is always pretty cool but I changed all fans to noctua. I also do some taping on my cases to limit the areas where air enters and exits the case. From what ive observed doing this can improve temps. It helps when your case has a dust filter to allow the PSU to be mounted upside down.

If you want a quiet case anything thats mid tower is good. Full tower cases are usually noisy becasue they have so many fans.

The Arc series from Fractal Design, the Air 540 is the best fir air cooling, but doesn't have as much fan filters.

I would go with an Arc series case.
