Hi to everyone and thanks in advance for the reading of this thread, for the help and sorry for the broken English.

I start this thread because need help to keep this complete build in budget, as you already read in the previous lines this build is for primarily gamming and stream (PC, Console and Retro Console), with that in mind I will start a twitch channel for the streams.

In second objective is light video editing for a YouTube channel I will start for retro modding and software development stuff, this objective is more for personal record of the projects I am working on than for public consumption, but I don’t discard the idea to make the video public.

This build I hope to start it when I go to Portugal to start a new live there with better living quality, for that reason it is in euros.

Parts I am not willing to negotiate (much if the reason is valid i could change my mind)

Power Supply: Power Supply: Corsair HX Platinum 1200 W 80+ Platinum Certified Fully Modular ATX

The reason for this part to no negotiate is because in Clean Slate V5 (a 2015 hardware), I have to change the psu 2 times because mal function (two EVGA gold 750 watts and 850 watts and the pc even scratch the 500 watts), so the third a Corsair HX 1000 have been working marvelous and only for that reason I will stick with corsair.

Everything else could be change so there I need your help

In other hand the Laptop will be my main working station, mainly because i cant game in that machine, so no distractions, the other reason is a ThinkPad and as far I remember that brand are build like tanks for long working live, but i am open to subjections for one laptop oriented for software development and coding (with heavy focus on java, html, css, typescript) .

The laptop must not be considered in the budget for the PC, but something lower or equal to 1600 Dollars would be nice to know from you all.
