Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):
Hey! So I'm finally building a new PC after 3 is years. But I don't know an awful lot about PC parts other than GPUs and CPUs.

I'll keep it simple; my budget is $1000 and I just want to know if you guys have any suggestions or think there are any issues with my build if you don't mind :)

Here my list: https://pcpartpicker.com/user/ConnorH_/saved/VJ6mrH

I already have an SSD so don't worry about recommending one. The Ram and the PSU is where I am really in the grey area. The CPU will eventually be upgraded and I know about the bottle necking i will get with the GPU. I will also eventually get a 1440p monitor as I am currently playing 1080p which is also a bottleneck. I think my PSU is fine - Bronze 80+ but only semi-modular to try and keep the target budget but let me know if you know of some Modular at the same price(And I am pretty sure it fits in my case)! As for ram It's the best I could personally find for a decent price at that performance but it's not on my MBs QVL list.

Any questions, please let me know, cheers!

if you are going to get a 3070 why not get a zen 3 cpu? They announce on the 8th, and should be available to buy on the 20th or the 27th.

I would get a cosair rm 750w, since its a great upgrade for ~ 15 pounds more.

And I would do a more airflow focused case.

Also, you can do a UK build, so the prices that you add on PcPartPicker dont have to be in usd, like they are now.

I could use some help with this!

please, pm me if you would like to contribute to my gpu bios database (includes overclocking bios, stock bios, and upgrades to gpus via modding)

Will they be the same price as the current ones or far more expensive? Im sorry if it's dumb question! Also I won't be buying these parts until the end of this month or early November anyway so I can always change!

I did see this, but it seemed to be out of stock everywhere when I was looking, I was also worried about it not fitting in my current selected case. Speaking of case, I heard this case (Mesh version) already had very good airflow, but if you have any recommendations I would love to hear of some!

Oh, I wasn't aware of this. I will take a look!

the 3600 cost 200usd at launch, so probably that for the 5600.

The psu would fit fine, its standare atx.

for the case, the p300a mesh is a great case.

BTW, the setting is on the sop right for changing the country.
