What is the difference between Corsair RM750x and HX750? and which is better?

In India am getting RM750x and HX750 both are priced the same amount(13000rs).

I wanted to know which is better before making the purchase.

Both are very high quality, but the HX750 has a higher 80+ rating (platinum vs gold) At the same price, I would buy the HX750.

HX what ? Platinum one is better but i have a feeling that's not what you see there.
