Budget (including currency): around 700-750euros ( But AOC 24G2U included )

Country: Macedonia

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Warzone, csgo, lol

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): So I'm looking to play warzone on 1080p 144fps on medium settings, I thought that the i5-9400f and 1660S are good enough but after some reviews I saw that I can get around 100fps on high settings, so I dont really know if I'm going to get 144fps on medium settings.

The i5-9400f is 140e while the ryzen 5 3600 is 190e in my country. 1660S is around 250e.  I'm also getting 256GB SSD.

I already have PSU Deepcool DE580, case Deepcool Tesseract SW, 1TB HDD.

I can also wait a bit for the ryzen 5000 and nvidia 3000 to release if that is the better option.

Waiting for 3060 would be great!

Nope

Your current PSU is really bad. Wattage isn't everything, but it's a non-rated power supply that isn't available on mainstream markets and only has a 3-year warranty (associated with really bad units).

Provided you wait for new CPUs and GPUs, you'll probably still have money left over for a new power supply, which you should definitely consider getting.

Aim for Tier B or higher

i5 12600KF | Zotac RTX 4080 Gaming trinity | Team Vulcan 2x16GB DDR4 3600 | ASRock Z690M-ITX/ac | WD Black SN850x 2TB

Cooler Master NR200P v2 | ID Cooling Zoomflow 280 XT | SeaSonic Focus SGX-750 | Thermalright 2x140mm + 2x120mm aRGB

LG C2 OLED 48" 120hz | Epomaker TH80 (Gateron Yellow) | Logitech MX Master 3 | Koss Porta Pro Comm

Even if I wait, I'm pretty sure the gtx 3060 will be atleast 500e+ in my country, while 1660s is 250. So if 3050ti is a thing, it will be probably better than 2060 and I would be getting atleast 144fps on most of the games right?

3050 ti won't be a thing, but RX 6500 might. Also, the rx 5300 may stop being OEM only.

This has nothing to do with your PSU though. I wouldn't trust that to power anything.
