Disable Windows 10 Folder "Expand" Trees

Sometimes it happens that my folder changes its layout, how it sorts the files. Instead of sorting it normally alphabetically, it creates these pop-up trees that I can expand. Now it's in my download folder. There are several of these pop up menus and they show files from this week, last week, this month, etc. How to disable these trees in the download folder?

This can be changed with Right Click > Group by > (None). Downloads will automatically group files by date, this is usually reset after a Windows update.
