Unscrewable screw on controller

So I'm trying to open up a PS3 controller and all screws besides one doesn't screw and it looks to have traces

I'm just speaking from experience so what I say may not work 100%

Superglue a nut on the screw and use that to turn it

 

EDIT: Other option is to drill it out

I know it's not the same controller, but I think this video should serve as a guide.

 

But actually... I would just drill it out.
