is it possible to remove the DT 990 velur earpads and clean them?

you should be able to do it just gently pull the ear pad off the lips on the side, as of cleaning just hand wash them with warm water and let them air dry a couple of days.

PC specs.3570k, asus p8z77m pro, 8gb corsair vengence 1600MHz, XFX 550w, seagate barracuda 1TB, MSI 660ti, cooler master k350, cooler master hyper tx3 evo.

That should not be the case. Are you looking at their site for your region? Maybe just give customer support a call and see if they can help you out.

Yeah when opening the product tab from another region the replacement tab disappears, I will try and call customer support nevertheless.

I got mine from Amazon so there's another option.
