Are you using a riser cable by chance? I had that same issue with my old 1080ti with a crap extender that came with my Thermaltake Core P3 case. Once I plugged in direct to the mobo, problem solved. Ended up purchasing a beefier extender cable and that also fixed it up.

Hi everyone!

Second post about my problems with my TUF 3080. The lingering issue is that once I “install” the Nvidia drivers, GeForce Experience will continue to show what I have to install them, Windows will keep throwing up a loop of notifications to “force reinstall graphics driver”, my monitor will constantly turn on and off again, and opening chrome or file explorer will cause the PC to seize up, restart itself, and uninstall the graphics driver. I’ve changed out the mobo, ram, and PSU and nothing has changed. I have even installed a fresh copy of Windows and that didn’t help. This is my second 3080 this week that has been showing the same issues. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Stood in line at Micro Center for 3 hours. Bought the 2 year protection. Returned the first for a TUF card that was held for me on shipment.

Make sure you update Windows 10 fully just incase you haven't....
