Hi guys,

My issue is wierd.

Ever since I built my PC, in december 2013, I have this issue where if I turn the PC on, it will stall at the BIOS screen. When I press the reset button, it does its thing, but gets all the way to Windows, and boots normally.

This is not normal behavior.

I have a Samsung 840 EVO 250GB SSD as my boot drive.

4770k 1.3v @ 4.2Ghz(Cant go any higher without higher voltage, which scares me. I lost the silicon lottery)

Corsair H100i closed loop CPU cooler

ASRock extreme 9/ac mobo

Sapphire 7970 reference GPU

16GB Corsair vengeance ram @ 1600mhz

Samsung 840 EVO 250GB SSD

Hitachi 1TB HDD

WD green 4TB HDD

Corsair AX760i PSU

Corsair 750D case

Any help or tips are appreciated!
