So i have some DEEPCOOL RF series RGB fans that have been working fine for a while now, however since upgrading my motherboard and CPU Aura sync has stopped working and fans don't show up in any RGB software that i try.

My new motherboard is an Asus Z390-p Prime and i have plugged the fans into the RGB header. I use an RGB splitter to connect all of my fans but i have also tried singular fans.

The fans light up and start cycling trough some sort of colour preset but will not show up in any software, right now the fans are connected to an external RGB controller which is working just fine for now but i would like to get them all connected and working through some software. The software I've tried are:

Aura Sync - Error "Aura service is currently unavailable. please close aura and check if aura service is installed and started properly"

RGB fusion - nothing shows up

MSI Mystic light - only my GPU shows up

ICue - nothing shows up

This issue is really annoying me and i would like to get it fixed for when i swap cases later in the year.

Any help is appreciated.
